Privacy policy

This policy describes how BEcorporate (a brand of D&D Team Sàrl, Avenue du Général-Guisan 52, 1180 Rolle, Switzerland) processes your personal data on becorporate.ch, the online shop shop.becorporate.ch and the client portal pro.becorporate.ch, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect: name, company (optional), email address, phone and your message. This data is used exclusively to handle your request (quote, information, appointment) and the resulting business follow-up. It is never sold or used for other purposes. The message is technically routed by the Web3Forms service to our mailbox info@becorporate.ch, then kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the business relationship.

Online shop (shop.becorporate.ch)

When you request a quote from the shop, we collect your contact details (name, company, email address, phone) together with the selected items and quantities. This data is used exclusively to prepare the requested quote and the resulting business follow-up. The items in your selection list are linked to a technical identifier (cookie) while your request is being prepared.

Client portal (pro.becorporate.ch)

The client portal is reserved for our business customers. There we process account data (first name, last name, business email address, company, language), the history of the business relationship (quotes, proposals, orders, deliveries, invoices) and the files provided for customisation (logos, print proofs). This data is necessary for the performance of the contract and the management of the customer relationship.

Hosting and technical logs

The corporate website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); the shop and client portal are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. These servers may process technical data (IP address, request headers, access logs) for security, content delivery and abuse prevention purposes.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with the providers required for our activity: Infomaniak Network SA (hosting, Switzerland), Bexio AG (invoicing, Switzerland), the carriers and workshops in charge of fulfilling your order, and our internal management and document-storage tools, some of whose providers are based in the United States.

Google Maps embed

The contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When you view that page, your browser connects to Google's servers (Google LLC, USA), which may collect data such as your IP address. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

None of our websites use advertising cookies, audience analytics or third-party trackers — which is why no consent banner is required. The corporate website only stores two technical preferences (light/dark theme and language) locally in your browser (localStorage). The shop and client portal only use cookies strictly necessary for their operation: secure session, cart, chosen language and form protection.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

• Contact and quote requests: for the duration of processing, then at most 2 years after the last exchange;
• Client portal accounts: for the duration of the business relationship, then deletion or anonymisation (on request at any time);
• Accounting records (orders, invoices): 10 years, as required by Swiss law;
• Technical logs: at most 12 months.

Your rights

In accordance with the Swiss FADP (and the GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to info@becorporate.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
